Van Scheveningen tot Amsterdam en soms daarbuiten...

De kunstschilders Rob van Assen, Leo van den Ende, John Haanstra en John Caspers schilderden in de loop van de tijd de fraaiste schilderijen van nostalgische Hollandse plekjes of taferelen uit periodes tot 150 jaar geleden.

Dit romantiseerden zij aan de hand van oude zwart/wit foto's uit het verleden of van foto's die bijvoorbeeld Leo van den Ende in de jaren 50/70 zelf maakte. Leo is bekend geworden als schilder van het grootste bloembollenpanorama van de wereld, Panorama Tulipland.

De schilderijen variëren van bloeiende bollenvelden tot strandgezichten en van stads- tot dorpsgezichten.

Geniet vooral van de nostalgische herinneringen die in deze fraaie serie schilderijen bovenkomt!
